Raymond Yap completed Post graduate studies at the Royal Academy Schools in 2001, UK, and BA honours degree at Wimbledon School of Art in 1998, UK. In 2001, he won the major award travel scholarship to USA. He was invited as a visiting tutor to Wimbledon School of Art, and has undertaken education projects in at Tate Modern Gallery in London. Raymond has exhibited solo in The Agency Contemporary in London, Jendela (Visual Arts Space) Esplanade, Valentine Willie Fine Art and his recent solo at Sangkring Arts Space in Yogja, Indonesia in 2010. His research interest is using modern media to produce fine art.
